Join me for this intimate 5 days/4 nights yoga retreat designed to nourish, revitalize, and align from inside out through slow and fluid movements, restorative postures, conscious relaxation and breathing.

I'm taking you to a charming property surrounded by wild nature, peace and calm.
Meet our hosts, Suska & Nico at their fully renovated centuries old hamlet with a magnificent barn, a natural pool, a sauna, and over 30 acres of land where you can wander.
For your comfort, 4 cozy and retro double or triple rooms (women only) with large en-suite shower rooms.
SLOW FOOD
Your vegetarian meals are lovingly prepared by Suska from home grown organic produce combined with the offerings of local farmers.
Morning coffee or tea with fruits, brunch, dinner and non-alcoholic drinks are included in your package.
ACTIVITIES
Daily Vinyasa & Yin Restorative sessions including guided meditation, pranayama and/or Sound Healing with Tibetan Singing Bowls.
Free time (pool, sauna, walks, oracle cards...).
Local farmer market set in a historic village.
For every retreat, a tree will be planted. We can plant the tree together or leave it to Nico!
